Project grants

In order to support research, the IEHCA, awards prizes to promote research and mobility, and helps in the organisation of events for doctoral students, post-doctoral researchers, and independent researchers working in the field of food history. It has been active in this area ever since it was set up.

Within this framework, it has been possible, for example, to support several conferences, round table discussions, and the publishing of research work. For research to be visible, it has to be valorised and disseminated among the scientific community as well as the general public.
